Before Work Begins

If you request a cancellation before work has begun, a full refund will be provided.

After Work Begins

Once a review has begun, refunds may not be available due to the time and analysis involved in preparing your assessment.

Completed Reviews

Because each review is customized specifically for your business, completed reviews are generally non-refundable.
